Extend OAuth access for better personalization for blogs and system-wide recognition.

Adding a cultural personalization to the blog generation that can be controlled by the user. This is controlled in the settings in the user's profile section and can be turned on and off, so it is completely voluntary. You have the option of selecting multiple backgrounds as well if you are mixed.

This will allow users to generate blog posts to share from their conversations if they so choose. The blog generated will be a min of 2000 words with images and relelvat information associated with that particular chat.
